cBorder
Important: This plugin requires cPlugin and newest MultiVerse to work
About:
With cBorder you can literally limit map to any size. cBorder manages worlds so that they can generate to provided size only. Such limit also frees your server CPU, because it doesn't process anything (chunks, plants, monsters) beyond this limit.
Commands
Example limited map:
Known bugs:
- (Added workaround) Entities are freezing at last chunk. Still working to fix this. If you know why this happens and how to fix it, it’d be really helpful.
- Chunk at position 0, 0 is sometimes not loading correctly when border is near this chunk.

I can provide for you Chinese command!

Readjusted my border using that and everything works great now! =D Thank you!
@wyndkin
Radius is given in chunks. Additional chunk in each direction means that, the world will grow for 32 blocks.
To have world with 1000 blocks you have to type /cborder set 32 Because 1000/32 = 31.25 which rounded equals 32.
/cborder set 1000 limits map to 32 000 blocks.
I should have made the limits in blocks.
@castro12321
Ah thank you, totally missed that, everything seemed to install correctly, however after adding in a 1000 block radius border I can still move far beyond the 1000 block limit and receive no bounce back. I am running with a lot of different plugins.
I've installed it, started up the server and used:
...while standing at my spawn point. It did acknowledge the border was set, but I then flew out to around 1500 blocks and it was still generating chunks with scenery.
I am using the city world generator could that be causing the problem?
@Liger_XT5
Thanks, fixed. Waiting for approval.
@wyndkin
You have to install cPlugin. Click here
There is no errors in the server log, but if cborder is loaded, no one can ride mobs such as saddled pigs, minecarts, or any horses.
Not sure where to look for info for you.
I'm getting this error when trying to use your plugin:
I tried earlier versions and it was pretty much the same outcome. :(
@GreenGrizzlyBear
cBorder 1.1.0 with suggestion from JvS15NL is awaiting for approval. I'll add ability to create borders with custom both width and height in next update. (1 up to 2 weeks, I hope)
About rendering: cBorder stops generating chunks (or loading if they are already generated). Chunks are not physically visible by server. They are still safe on disk in case you increase border size, though.
I have a suggestion, Ability to make it a square? like
/cborder create square 50 50 first number how far forward and backwards and 2nd is left and right
so /cborder create square 50 50 would make it 101 in length and 101 in width?
or use chunks I guess.
Just a suggestion :P
This stops the rendering of the world at that point doesnt it?
Hi,
I have an suggestion;
Can you add it so, if you have worldedit, you can select a region, use something like /cborder except. So it only loads that selected region?
Thanks
@fbafaro
I think I can remove Multiverse though. It is needed for cWorlds only so I'll move it there.
Well, you did a plugin on an updated multiverse, multiverse hasn't been updated for ages.
very handy i will try this out when i get multiworld
@p0358
Yes, it does. I'm using it on my server with MultiVerse.
Looks great! If this supports MultiVerse with custom world generstors, I'll use it on my server.
