How to use this plugin:
Settings:
File CfgFile.cfg is main and able to correct by server creator. You can turn on/off the plugin and some configurations. All settings information you may find in CfgFile.cfg
Heart:
Plugin heart is create a warps by players to them building or shops and vote to it. If your building is pretty or shop is modern. You gonna be popular or rich on this server.
Use /language <> (compulsory label may be rus/eng) after downloading Language plugin http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/languageplugin/ to change your language between Russian and English
