• Prefix: BlockRegeneration
• Message: Here is your regeneration!
• Permission: blockregeneration.use
• PotionEffect: REGENERATION
• Level: 10
• Time: 5

Explination:

• Enabled = True plugin is enabled and false is disabled.
• Block = Block where you stand on to get the effect. USE BLOCK ID's.
• Prefix = Prefix in chat messages.
• Message = The message.
• Permission = The permission that is needed to use this plugin.
• PotionEffect = The effect that you get when you walk on the block, Examples: REGENERATION, SPEED, SLOWNES, DAMAGE.
• Level = The potioneffect level.
• Time = regeneration time in seconds.
