BlockHopper
NOTICE! I'm discontinuing this because I've found a much much better plugin for this! Try FriendlyHopper!
This is still necessary for Deadbolt users.
A plugin to block the Hopper, as it can currently access chests without Lockette/Deadbolt authorization! This is only a temporary "fix" so that chest protection doesn't go out the window.
There is one config option, which sets whether or not the plugin will detect if a Hopper is being placed under a chest.

Features
Hoppers are blocked if under a container, or blocked altogether. This can be set by a config option.

Posted May 31, 2013Ok, this whole time, I wasn't blocking HopperMinecarts! *derp* Also, I've found another plugin that does what this one does, but is much smarter and can also block HopperMinecarts, which surprisingly has LESS downloads than mine. Sooo I'd like everyone using my plugin to switch to FriendlyHopper.
