Commands
/rtp - teleports the player to a random location (requires randomtp.tp)
/rtp <player> - teleports the specified player to a random location (requires randomtp.other)
/rtp portal - lists all active portals (requires randomtp.portal.info)
/rtp portal <name> - lists information about the portal with the specified name (requires randomtp.portal.info)
/rtp portal delete <name> - removes the portal with the specified name from the game (requires randomtp.portal.delete)
/rtp portal create <name> [material] - creates a portal with the specified name and portal material (requires randomtp.portal.make)
/rtp reload - reloads the plugin configuration (requires randomtp.reload)

First do /stoplag (Only with bukkit or spigot) Then place your water and when you're done do /stoplag -c again...
