- You can choose the ticks in the config (it will change the message speed [Recommended 20 [20 ticks is 1 second]]

Installation
- Download BarAnnouncer.jar
- Drag BarAnnouncer.jar into your plugins folder.
- Start/Reload your server, a folder called "BarAnnouncer" will be created.
- Customize your config.yml.
- Restart/Reload you server to update the config
- Have Fun

Posted Oct 8, 2014i updated the config.yml restarting and reloaded my server, and it still has the Join MineStomp.com thing. I checked the config, and its still updated. im on bukkit 1.7.9
