What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just start the server.
2. Have more then 100 users connected.
3. Examine the cpu usage for singol plugins.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This plugins has a feature that cause a lot of cpu usage.
What version of the product are you using?
Do you have an error log of what happened?

before I start, thanks for this plugin is very usefull for our work.
I have seen that the features "warning system" with the method PlayerJoinEvent use a lot of cpu (377% of the method PlayerChatEvent), is possible please to add an option in the config where you can disable the warning system so the PlayerJoinEvent, that could be very usefull to reduce cpu usage.
Please make this option, because this plugins with 148 user, take 379ms/5000ticks , yeah I know that is not a lot but for us yes please.
