This plugin is for backing up all your worlds, plugins, and server configuration to a folder that you can define.
It can either run on a schedule, or be run manually, using commands.
It has been developed with simplicity in mind, and its very much a set-and-forget method for server backups.
This plugin's source code Open-Source and is maintained on GitHub.
I have taken over development from Meldanor's plugin, as he lost motivation.

MrMe1003 Jun 08, 2013 at 17:34 UTC - 0 likesYes, Please. I used this plugin for the longest time, but then it glitched, and for some reason didn't work properly. I had it set to backup every hour, and perform a /save-all every 20 minutes, but the server got griefed by a moderator turned rogue, and I found the last available backup was over a week ago... I'm not sure how this happened, or I'd have posted a ticket, but I think it may have something to do with the version...
That aside, for a small suggestion as a feature to be included in the update: Perhaps configurable messages when performing backups and /save-all's, as well as a permission node to determine who would see the custom message.

You need to download the plugin from the plugin's website. :) The page is not updated here. Notice it says 1.2.5.

shortsonfire79 May 29, 2013 at 23:29 UTC - 0 likesSo this says the "Latest stable [2.0]" so then does that mean that the v2.5 on bukkitbackup.com isn't stable? My console tells me:
[Bukkit] Plugin, is out of date. this:2.0, latest: 2.5

ohjays May 29, 2013 at 03:03 UTC - 0 likesI'm running mcpc-plus for 1.5.2 and with recent updates its changed some things in how its handling worlds and some get automatically unloaded. ( also using multiverse ) managed to get this plugin working again, but i notice it seems to only backup the online worlds , is there a way around this , would like it to backup some of those as well if not all.
thanks for a great backup plugin
