Assassin - PVP like you've never experienced before!
Wiki | Source | Feature Request | Bug Report
Latest version is: 1.1.1-beta
About
This plugin will handle pvp in a whole new way! You remember that time you killed Bob? Bob came for you to take his revenge, he brought all his friends and annihilated you. Next time you will make sure you kill Bob anonymously, so he will not have a personal grudge against you.
The Assassin plugin tries to limit the amount of PvP by adding consequences and requirements for player kills. Now, not everyone can attack anybody at any given time. So random killing just because someone walks by will not happen that often.

If you encounter any bugs, please submit a ticket. If you have some cool ideas, feel free to share them with me. :)

Typical_Name Jun 18, 2013 at 03:02 UTC - 0 likesWould you consider adding Spoutplugin support in addition to TagAPI support? Spoutplugin is much better than TagAPI (the only downside being the need to use Spoutcraft), and I'm fairly certain that it and TagAPI conflict (I may have just been doing something wrong with the installation, but I could never get TagAPI to work).

For making Assassin change the name [ASSASSIN] only and not the others set with bPermissions.

Sure thing.

Ah I see, well that plugin has it's own code that TagAPI has. I'm not going to rewrite the TagAPI stuff. NameTagEdit could also use TagAPI instead.

I didn't know it's not possible.
I'm using dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/nametagedit/ to change the color of an username. I didn't want to have plugins that do almost the same thing.

HikariTsukino May 27, 2013 at 13:48 UTC - 0 likesCould you make the "tab name" optional? When someone puts his mask without too much people it is obvious who did it if you press tab, I would like to disable that

That's not even possible. Care to elaborate why you're asking this?
