This plugin adds the ability, (On XP up AND Mob Kill) The player to recieve and 'Artifact'
What Is An Artifact?
An artifacts is an upgrade. It allows the player to recieve a potion effect - for infinite time, untill they disable the artifact. You can have max 4 artifacts. Examples: - You leveled up! Kill a mob to (maby) find an artifact! - You found an artifact! Night Vision - Player does /artifacts and selects night vision - They can select the rest, but will not get the effect. - Player gets 4 artifacts. Trys for a 5th. - Sorry, you have too many artifacts. Please delete one: /delete-artifacts - Selects a artifact. That one is deleted from them. They can then earn more.

What is the config YML for? - It stores players artifacts. This plugin was originally for the Prickled PVP server!

What could this be used for?
Boss battles - make it more fare PVP - Give players more targets! Factions - This plugin makes factions a whole lot more fun!
