    Looks like that bug (on entitydamage.depth) was introduced in 4.9.

    Looks like you are using the defaults for Anticreeper, which still damage all players when creepers explode. If you do NOT want that to happen, then change nerf_creeper.entitydamage.toplayer to false. You can also do that from the console with this command

    ac creeper damage player false
    

    But having tested that, there IS a bug in that the check I've got for entity damage is reversed. To fix that for now, you can set nerf_creeper.entitydamage.depth to 255 so that you are below the configured depth all the time and it will nerf player damage. I will have a fix out very soon for this.
