Ally

Ally Plugin

No More Friendly Fire!!
WORKS WITH 1.7!
A simple plugin to turn friendly fire off for your specified Allys.
Ally your friends to make arrow damage, potion damage, and normal damage = 0!!

Very simple plugin, just 1 file, And Nothing to setup.

Tutorial

Installing Ally:
1 - Download the latest Ally.jar file.
2 - Place the Ally.jar file in you bukkit plugin folder.
3 - If your server is running, use the reload command. If your server is off, start it.
4 - Ally will create a few files, one of which you can edit. The config file.
In the config file, you can set weather FriendlyFire, Arrow damage or Potion effects, are on or off.
you can also turn each individual potion effect on or off.

Using Ally:
Who should you ally?
You should ally your close friends, anyone that you don't want to hurt.
What does having an Ally mean?
If you are an ally with someone, you cannot hurt them.
If you hit them with a sword, it will not hurt them;
If you hit them with an arrow, it will not hurt them;
and if you throw a splash potion that has negative effects(poison, harm, slow, weakness...), they will not be affected by it.
If the config file allows,(set by the server admin) you can ally yourself.
If you try to hit yourself with an arrow, the arrow is deflected. same with negative splash potions

Currently there are only 6 commands:
/ally help - to show help menu.
/ally playerName - to add an ally.
/ally accept playerName - to accept.
/ally deny playerName - to deny.
/ally remove playerName - to remove an ally.
/ally list - to list your requests and Allys

Things to Add/Change:

remove the "CraftPlayer{name=playerName}"
add the /ally list function
remove potion damage
add code to cleanup the groups.yml file
implement the config.yml file
disable adding offline players
fix error on adding ofline players
